Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and motivated HR & Recruitment Executive to join our team at Quantum Innovations. As an HR & Recruitment Executive, you will play a key role in attracting, screening, and selecting qualified individuals to join our organization. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with a required experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role.

Mean time, the candidate should good knowledge about the VLSI and Embedded companies to place our trained candidates.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR & Recruitment Executive or similar role for 1 to 3 years
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in the education and services industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Post job openings on various platforms and attract a diverse pool of talented candidates
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, and assist in conducting face-to-face interviews
  • Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate offers and finalize employment agreements
  • Implement and continuously improve recruitment systems and processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation process for new hires
