Job Overview


Quantum Innovations is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Kannada Typing
  • GST, PF knowledge of filing


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
