Key Responsibilities:


 Generate a pipeline of high-value prospects.

 Handle relationship management and issue resolution.

 Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.

 Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.

 Establish and develop business relationships with new and prospective customers to generate new business for the Company's products/services.

 Directing customers to a specific outcome through company-approved communication channels.

 Analyze the clients portfolio and contact clients who stopped or reduced trading with the company to find out the reasons.

 Proactively reach the client in case of any information needed from the client in order to address the payment issues.

 Manage the incoming clients queries and complaints.

 Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts

 Collect data on market competitors, including prices, product sales, and sales campaigns, as well as marketing methods
