Job Title: Trainee Analyst

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

➢ This role will be the face of the organization as this role will be fore-fronting all the 

students who approach QSpiders

➢ Interact with Industry experts in the technical wing

➢ Will be part of the current evolving IT industry course curriculum discussions with 

students 

➢ Act as a catalyst for every student in building their career path

➢ Follow a set of guidelines defined by the organization to shape up or upskill the 

students who want to build their career in the IT industry

➢ Align self towards the goal of the organization and build strategies around it to ensure 

the growth of the organization

➢ Engage the students with the marketing collaterals 

➢ Will be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the entire branch                                                           Skills Required: 

➢ Excellent Communication skills

➢ Listening skills

➢ Time Management 

➢ Should be presentable 

Eligibility Criteria:

➢ Graduation: MBA – Marketing / Finance / BA/BBA/BBM/BCom/MA

➢ Should have experience as Sales role in the Banks or NBFC’s 

➢ Should have had experience in Insurance or CC sales

➢ Gender Preference: Female (only)

➢ Work time: 9 hrs
