Should possess experience as a trainer

➢ Should have hands on experience in working in banks or managing banking operations

➢ Understanding of financial concepts and industry

➢ Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)

➢ Primary responsibility will be to deliver training programs that cover a wide range of topics related to banking, financial services, and insurance, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for their roles and contribute effectively to the organization’s success

➢ Developing and implementing training programs that are aligned with business objectives, including design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments

➢ Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the BFSI sector.

➢ Continuously enhance training programs to align with evolving industry requirements

➢ Overall, should have experience in delivering the modules to students

➢ Should be good in content creation and assessments
