Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase & Accounts Manager to join our team at QSEC TILES. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in purchase and accounts management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in supply chain management (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in market research (Mandatory skill)
• Strong cost analysis capabilities (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with contract management, including negotiating terms and conditions
• Ability to conduct thorough financial analyses and maintain accurate financial records
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and vendors
• Sound decision-making abilities, particularly under pressure
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing and accounts processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct market research and develop strategies to optimize procurement processes
• Perform cost analysis to ensure the company's financial wellbeing and profitability
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to meet demands
