Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at QSEC TILES. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and strategic planning (Mandatory skill) and will be responsible for overseeing multiple facets of the HR department.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing issues promptly (Mandatory skill).
• Proven track record in recruitment, able to identify and attract top talent efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Strategic planning abilities, adept at aligning HR strategies with business goals and objectives (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in performance management, including setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
• Expertise in training and development, capable of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, ensuring company-wide compliance.
• Strong conflict resolution skills, able to mediate disputes and facilitate positive outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
