Shift: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (US Shift) (5 days working)
We are currently hunting for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and embark on a journey of personal and professional growth. The chosen candidate will be tasked with supervising the daily implementation of the business development strategy, plans, and processes aimed at generating leads, driving sales, increasing revenue, and expanding markets. This role necessitates the development and utilization of contacts and relationships within the industry, business environment, and customer base to comprehend and address business needs for sales generation.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years or more of experience in Sales/Business Development to international markets, with a strong preference for expertise in the outsourcing/offshoring service industry.
• Excellent English communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Sales CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Contact Generation tools, and email marketing tools.
• Comfortable with cold calling role.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must-have.
