Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our logistics brokerage firm, QM BITZ Digital. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating pricing and dispatch for freight brokerage services. This role requires analyzing market rates and trends, negotiating prices with clients and carriers, coordinating cargo dispatch and tracking shipments, and resolving shipment discrepancies.

• Analyze market rates and trends to determine competitive pricing for freight brokerage services
• Negotiate prices with clients and carriers to ensure favorable terms and profitable margins
• Coordinate cargo dispatch, including scheduling and tracking shipments
• Resolve shipment discrepancies by investigating and liaising with relevant stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, dispatch, and shipment details
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in freight brokerage
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
