We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in telecalling only female candidates. Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through telephone calls and explain the features and benefits of State Bank Of India credit cards
• Promote and sell credit card services to customers based on their needs and financial suitability
• Answer customer inquiries about credit card terms, conditions, and application process
• Collect and document customer information and update the database with relevant details
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
