#### Job Summary:

This role involves assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and conducting training sessions for all food and beverage staff.


#### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Training Program Development:**

  - Design and develop comprehensive training programs for all positions within the food and beverage department.

  - Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support staff development.


2. **Training Delivery:**

  - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing staff.

  - Provide hands-on training and demonstrations on food preparation, service techniques, and safety procedures.


3. **Staff Development:**

  - Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.

  - Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and career development.


4. **Compliance and Standards:**

  - Ensure all staff are trained in compliance with local health and safety regulations.

  - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.


5. **Evaluation and Feedback:**

  - Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.

  - Gather feedback from trainees and management to improve training programs.


6. **Record Keeping:**

  - Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessments.

  - Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes for management.


7. **Collaboration:**

#### Qualifications:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a training or supervisory role.

- **Skills:**

 - Strong communication and presentation skills.

 - Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

 - Proficient in MS Office and training software.

 - Ability to lead and motivate a team.

 - Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
