Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as a Credit Card Sales. As a Credit Card Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to potential customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Good understanding of credit card products and services
- Negotiation and persuasion skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads of potential customers for credit card sales
- Promote credit card products and services to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding credit card features, benefits, and application process
- Assist customers in completing credit card applications and necessary documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
