Job Description:


Join our team as a Business Development Manager at Flutch. We seek a motivated and experienced professional to help drive our Business Development efforts in the influencer marketing industry. We want to hear from you if you have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a proven track record in Business Development.



Key Responsibilities


 Identify potential clients within the influencer marketing or related field.

-  Must have worked in B2B advertising agencies

- Execute outbound lead generation strategies, including cold calling and targeted outreach.

- Engage with potential clients professionally to introduce our services.

- Articulate our value proposition clearly and address client inquiries.

- Qualify leads based on their fit and interest in our services.

- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and collaborate closely with the sales team.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, influencer marketing strategies, and competitor activities.

- Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

- Keep detailed and accurate records of lead generation activities.

- Build strong creator-led plans leveraging Flutch’s data-driven solutions & network.

- Responsible for supporting and lead brand strategy, relations, and pitching to current and potentially new brand clients for Flutch leading the complete process from cracking the brief, ideating, planning, pitching, and closing.

- Build relevant, intelligent & compelling marketing collateral & communication to position Chtrbox's benefits to India’s top business decision-makers



Qualifications:


- A minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in influencer marketing or similar agencies.

- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or any related field.

- Strong proficiency in cold calling and outbound lead generation techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-motivation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

- Fluent in English - the language of business and memes.
