Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Azure Data Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of work experience and be proficient in key Azure technologies. The individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data architectures and solutions within our projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Azure SQL Database (Mandatory skill)
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks (Mandatory skill)
• Power BI expertise (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Data Factory
• Experience in ETL Development and processes
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling techniques and practices
• Advanced skills in SQL for data manipulation and management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data architectures using Azure technologies
• Create and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
• Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to deliver data solutions
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Manage and maintain Azure SQL Database environments
• Implement and manage data models and schemas
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to data processes
