Job Title: Front Office Executive for FEMALES ONLY English & Hindi mandatory

Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitor inquiries, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive impression of the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain and update visitor logs and employee directories.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and materials.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Distribute incoming mail and packages and manage outgoing correspondence.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Foster positive relationships with clients and visitors to enhance their experience.
Security and Safety:
Monitor and control access to the office premises.
Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures.
Report any security or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation
Experience: Proven experience as a front office executive or in a similar role.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency Word, Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
