Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with a strong inclination towards telecalling sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers through proactive telecalling efforts, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs and concerns.
Identify sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Follow up on sales inquiries, leads, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and product/service improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a focus on tele calling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly.
Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
