Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Website Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience, who also possesses a strong background in digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining our IT service company’s website while driving digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development:

Design, develop, and maintain the company website using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).

Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

Digital Marketing Initiatives:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Create and manage content for the website, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.

User Experience (UX) and Design:

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to enhance website design and functionality.

Implement design best practices to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor website performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track visitor behavior and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Provide regular reports on website traffic, engagement metrics, and digital marketing outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and IT support, to deliver cohesive digital solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in website development and digital marketing.

Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks (e.g., WordPress, Bootstrap).

Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content.

Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.

Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
