Job Summary:

· The ServiceNow Architect will play a key role in the digital transformation of the business into using the ServiceNow Platform.

· This individual will be responsible for the overall technical architecture, ServiceNow code standards, and best practices for delivering ServiceNow to the business.

· This individual will work with key business units and managers in order to envision, roadmap, and build scalable solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement and new capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support

· Design the overall solution for end-to-end implementation

· Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration, and testing

· Facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and workflows

· Develop systems integrations and process automation – fully utilizing the platform’s workflow capabilities, including Flow Designer

· Working knowledge of Mobile and Virtual Agent

· Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of Integration Hub and Orchestration, APIs, and relation transform mappings

· Customize ServiceNow configurations, including custom scripts, workflows and orchestration activities

· Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements

· Reviews technology projects, analyze business requirements, recommends system changes, writes technical specifications, and implements system and system changes to address changing application requirements.

· Develops project plans to direct technology activities either in support of application projects or as independent work activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· 8-12 Years in Administration and Development with ServiceNow Platform with a focus on Architecture

· Demonstrated expertise in the implementation of ServiceNow technologies and driving digital transformation

· 4+ years of experience in a solution design role with 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform

· 4+ years of ServiceNow Development

· ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred

· ServiceNow Development using native tools

· Understanding of HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, IT Service Management (ITSM),CSM / Custom Application / ITAM and common service level agreement (SLA) measurements

· Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, or other related languages and libraries is a plus

· Integrations with Web Services & APIs (SOAP and REST) are a plus

· A fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS is a plus

· ITILv4 Expert
