Job Title: Software Technical Architect

Job Summary:

The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust software solutions while providing technical leadership to project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, systems architecture, and hands-on coding experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the overall architectural vision of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of complex software solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Actively participate in hands-on coding and mentoring team members in best practices.
• Design and implement microservice architectures and RESTful/SOAP web services.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to enhance the development process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical team and promote agile methodologies.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Analyse system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, employing strong problem-solving skills.
• Make strategic, data-driven decisions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within a technical organization, successfully delivering complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, Angular/React, Python, and SQL/Postgres/MySQL.
• Extensive experience in microservice architecture and web application development using Java-related technologies (e.g., JSP, Servlets).
• Strong understanding of web services, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• A solid technical background with expertise in software development, systems architecture, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
