Job Title: ServiceNow TSM Developer

Location: Remote / Coimbatore / Hyderabad

Experience: 4 to 8 years


Job Summary: We are looking for a talented ServiceNow TSM Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) modules, and a solid understanding of IT service management processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow applications and modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, specifically focusing on Telecommunications Service Management (TSM).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management, with a focus on TSM.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripted APIs tailored to TSM functionalities.
  • Ensure system integrations with other enterprise applications and third-party tools relevant to TSM.
  • Adhere to best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as necessary.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices to recommend improvements, particularly in TSM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a strong emphasis on Telecommunications Service Management (TSM).
  • Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules, particularly TSM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
