Job Title: ServiceNow TPM Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow TPM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow platform development, particularly with Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) modules, and experience in IT service management processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM), tailored to organizational needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and TPSM.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripted APIs specific to TPSM functionalities.
• Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications and third-party tools.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices to recommend improvements, especially in TPSM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a focus on TPSM.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules, including TPSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration modules.
