Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ServicePortal Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ServicePortal solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ServicePortal, UI Builder, scripting, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom ServicePortal solutions using ServiceNow's ServicePortal framework
• Build and configure UI components using UI Builder, including pages, widgets, and themes
• Write client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServicePortal and integrations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServicePortal solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ServicePortal, UI Builder, scripting, and integration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's ServicePortal framework, including page designer, widget designer, and theme designer
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and HTML/CSS
• Experience with UI Builder, including building custom pages, widgets, and themes
• Knowledge of ServiceNow's API and web services, including REST and SOAP
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as databases, web services, and APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
