Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.

- Design and implement solutions to streamline business processes.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Debug and resolve technical issues.

- Create and execute test cases to ensure software quality.

- Document code and application functionality.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.

- Should have experience in managing the platform and infrastructure.

- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
