Job Title: ServiceNow ITBM (SPM) Developer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, and Application Portfolio Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules through scripting to improve functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other tools and platforms, utilizing REST and SOAP web services.
- Write and maintain complex scripts to automate workflows, data transformations, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance of ITBM applications.
- Create and maintain documentation for development processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features to continuously improve the system and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them leverage the ITBM tools effectively.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITBM (SPM).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITBM modules: Project Management, Demand Management, and Resource Management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
