Title: ServiceNow GRC Consultant

Experience Level - 4 to 7 years

Job location - Remote / Coimbatore / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet Governance, Risk, and Compliance requirements.
  • Support stakeholders in gathering and documenting business requirements related to GRC processes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of GRC workflows, policies, and procedures within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
  • Assist in configuring and administering ServiceNow GRC modules, including access controls, data governance, and reporting.
  • Provide support for ongoing maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and issue resolution for ServiceNow GRC applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in integrating ServiceNow GRC with other systems and applications.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and new features and assist in assessing their impact on GRC processes.
  • Support end users by providing training on ServiceNow GRC functionalities and best practices.
  • Assist in evaluating and selecting third-party GRC solutions and integrations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration and development.
  • Basic understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts and frameworks.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and Integration.
  • Handson experiences working in ServiceNow GRC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or willingness to obtain within first year of employment.
