The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of predictive analytics within the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial in enhancing our service management capabilities and driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements focused on Predictive Intelligence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and configure predictive models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor and optimize predictive performance to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for predictive intelligence solutions.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging trends in predictive analytics.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Document technical processes and create user manuals for predictive solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Predictive Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, especially in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM).
• Experience in designing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
