Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and extensive experience in scripting and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance our IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Write, test, and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Glide Script) for automation and custom functionality.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow.
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and integration processes.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, specifically with ITSM and ITOM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and business rules.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Discovery.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
