Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and a deep understanding of ITOM and ITAM processes. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow platform to streamline operations and manage IT assets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ITOM and ITAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Discovery, Event Management, Asset Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems using APIs and web services.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and services.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
- Document solutions, processes, and changes for knowledge management and training purposes.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong expertise in ITOM and ITAM processes and best practices.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and related technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly Discovery, Event Management, and Asset Management.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
