Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst (HRSD)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and implement effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical in enhancing our HR processes and improving user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize the HRSD module within ServiceNow to optimize HR processes and workflows.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within HR service delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Support the testing process by creating test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow HRSD functionalities.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HRSD or related certifications is a plus.
