About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead and deliver enterprise-level solutions in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow, specifically HRSD, along with extensive experience in designing, configuring, and implementing scalable, user-centric solutions. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to create innovative HR service management solutions that enhance employee experiences and streamline HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the architecture and design of HRSD solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.
- Define and implement integration strategies between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.).
- Architect scalable and flexible solutions for case management, knowledge management, employee document management, and employee service center.
- Implementation & Customization:
- Oversee the configuration and customization of HRSD processes including but not limited to case management, knowledge management, employee workflows, HR services catalog, and integration with other HR systems.
- Ensure that ServiceNow HRSD modules meet customer-specific business needs, following best practices and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and supportability of HRSD features.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Provide ongoing consultation to HR and business units on process optimization using ServiceNow HRSD functionality.
- Support training and onboarding of users and administrators for HRSD functionality.
- Governance & Best Practices:
- Define and enforce governance and best practices for implementing HRSD on ServiceNow.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with corporate security policies, audit standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of configurations and solutions to optimize and improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to the development team and other stakeholders in troubleshooting and resolving complex HRSD issues.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure the solution is meeting business objectives and user needs.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, particularly in the HRSD area, and evaluate how new features can be leveraged for the business.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing HRSD processes and configurations to increase system performance, user adoption, and overall service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with at least 4 years focusing on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations and integrations.
