Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that the system is scalable, reliable, and meets the needs of our business. This is a senior role where you will be guiding technical teams, providing architectural leadership, and designing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD.
• Act as the technical expert and provide direction on best practices and solution design for ServiceNow implementations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of ServiceNow solutions with enterprise-level architecture.
• Provide architectural leadership for ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (including cloud-based solutions, legacy systems, etc.).
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior architects and developers.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and governance.
• Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution for complex ServiceNow-related challenges.
• Ensure that ServiceNow solutions are scalable, highly available, and meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow product features and ensure implementation of cutting-edge solutions where possible.
• Support the development and implementation of security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Overall Experience: 10+ years in IT, with a minimum of 8+ years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Deep experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD.
• Proven experience in working as a ServiceNow Architect, leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, implementation, and customizations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, etc.), integrations, and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules, including but not limited to Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, etc.
• Experience with ServiceNow best practices, design principles, and release management processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and best practices for Service Management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
