Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Expert with over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud and be responsible for end-to-end product implementation, integration, and ownership. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining OIC solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration across various cloud-based and on-premises systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and translate them into effective OIC solutions.
  • Take full ownership of the Oracle Integration Cloud product and ensure its optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications, using OIC’s pre-built adapters and connectors.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify integration opportunities, define requirements, and create integration roadmaps.
  • Develop, test, and deploy OIC-based integration solutions while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
  • Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and support for OIC-based integrations post-implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Oracle Integration Cloud and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on OIC best practices, standards, and processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using OIC, including Oracle Cloud applications and third-party services.
  • Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as REST, SOAP, BPEL, and various Oracle Cloud services (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud architecture.
  • Strong understanding of cloud integration patterns, data transformation, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Integration Cloud certification or other relevant Oracle certifications.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) is a plus.

Familiarity with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, or Oracle API Gateway is a plus.
