Job description:

 

·        Handling Walk in Customer inquiry at Showroom.

·        Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services

·        Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it

·        Report on demonstration related information.

·        Understand customer needs and requirements.

·        Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business from them, whether it's an individual or organization that requires products/services sold on behalf of his corporate parents.

·        Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

·        Follow up with customer.

·        Answering questions about products or the company

·        They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

·        The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

·        Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

·        Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

·        Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

·        Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through Walk-in, website chats, emails, and inbound calls.



Requirements

·        Proven working experience as a Promoter

·        Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of customers

·        Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Exceptional customer service skills.

·        Should have Basic knowledge of Computer, email and MS Office.
