Job description for Promoter
• Handling Walk in Customer inquiry at Showroom.
• Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
• Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
• Report on demonstration related information.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business from them, whether it's an individual or organization that requires products/services sold on behalf of his corporate parents.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Follow up with customer.
• Answering questions about products or the company
• They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
• The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through Walk-in, website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a Promoter
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of customers
• Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Should have Basic knowledge of Computer, email and MS Office.
