Job description

1. Responsible for client engagement & Managing the requirements

2. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements

3. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

4. Aggressively achieving the sales target

5. Conducting sales calls and closing the leads and pointing out a property best feature to the buyer

6. Ensuring all the prospect's queries about the projects are addressed.

7. Scheduling and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyers till closure.

8. Maintaining a good relationship with customers pre and post-sales.

9. Proven work experience as a Real Estate sales

10. Immediate Joiners are required!

SKILLS:

1. Good sales, negotiation, and communication skills

2. Good communication Skills in English,Hindi,Marathi

3. Must have Persuasion Skills for sales closure

4. Ready to take up the pressure

5. Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.

Experience: 2 - 3 Years
