Job description
The primary role will be to Source, screen, and select candidates for various positions within the company. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Use various sourcing methods: job portals, social media, and networking.
Required Candidate profile
0 to 2 years in HR and recruitment, ideally within facility management or related industry. Understanding the facility management industry, including the types of roles typically required is advantageous.
Lead client interactions to gather detailed job requirements and provide recruitment status updates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, etc.) to attract suitable candidates.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely position fulfillment within defined TAT.
Conduct candidate assessments and manage interview scheduling and feedback.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and track key metrics.
