Job Overview
We are hiring a DSA Mentor who will be responsible for mentoring students in Data Structures and Algorithms. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching or mentoring students in DSA.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching or mentoring students in DSA.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience in preparing study material and assessments is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Mentor students in Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Deliver high-quality lectures and study material.
- Guide students in solving DSA problems and improving their problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback and assistance.
- Create and conduct assessments to evaluate student learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in DSA.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and improve the DSA curriculum.
