Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Science Mentor to join our team at PW (PhysicsWallah). As a Data Science Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their journey to become proficient in data science. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the field.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, or mathematics
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in data science or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of data science concepts, methodologies, and techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Guide and mentor students in their learning journey to become proficient in data science
  • Provide guidance on data science concepts, techniques, and tools
  • Assist students in understanding and applying data science methodologies
