 Good grasping of the project brief and client expectations

 Visualising and creating concepts for various collaterals in digital and in print media

As team guide / leader

 Project planning and delegation of tasks to the team

 Regular team interactions motivate the team members work efficiently

 Guide the team by giving constructive feedbacks

 Help the team to upgrade their skillsets

As project manager / co-ordinator

 Daily co-ordination with the team to track project schedules and deliveries

 Ideate, plan and set correct timelines for projects

 Be a part of clients briefing, feedbacks

 Eye for detail and do quality checks

 Multi-tasking of projects

What are we looking for?

 People and time management skills

 Proficiency in programs such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS PowerPoint

 Good understanding of Design Fundamentals

 Experience with both print and digital media

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Professionalism regarding project management and deadlines

 Updated knowledge of latest trends in the market

 Knowledge of animation softwares
