What will you do in this role?
• Lead and manage a team of research analysts and content writers.
• Review client needs, define the problem statement, and establish success criteria.
• Research industries, markets, and products/services. Develop a clear thesis, message, and
delivery style.
• Review and guide the research of the team.
• Write engaging content for print and digital media, including online, mobile, social, and
video.
• Edit and proof all client outputs to ensure high quality standards..
• Stay current on key trends and competitors within the advertising/digital industry.
• Collaborate with the creative and client services teams to produce impactful advertising
campaigns.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from inception through delivery.
What are we looking for?
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Mass Communication
• 5+ years experience in content marketing or copywriting for digital and/or print media
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams
• Ability to think strategically and creatively with an eye for detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and ability to break-down complex subjects in
simple forms
• Ability to adapt different writing styles such as quirky, humorous, inspiring, and adventurous• Expertise in developing content and managing interactions for social media
