Job Title: Service Engineer – Building Management System, Fire Alarm System (Honeywell Notifier) and PA System

Job Location: Rudrapur (Travelling also included)

Department: Engineering Services

Reports To: Engineering Services Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS), Honeywell Notifier Fire Alarm Systems, and Public Address (PA) Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these systems to ensure the safety and comfort of our building occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair Building Management Systems, Honeywell Notifier Fire Alarm Systems, and PA Systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these systems quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks and services to ensure systems are operating optimally.
• Program and commission systems as per project requirements.
• Work with clients and other team members to customize and integrate systems according to specific needs.
• Ensure compliance with local safety standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to users and other engineering staff.
• Prepare service reports and document any detected issues and actions taken.
• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new equipment and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS), Honeywell Notifier Fire Alarm Systems, and PA Systems.
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems and home automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using diagnostic and testing instruments to perform system tests.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Certified by Honeywell for Notifier Systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry equipment and tools which may be over 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various adverse weather conditions if required.
• Able to work in confined spaces and on ladders, lifts, or rooftops.

Working Conditions:

The role will require working in different environments such as office buildings, construction sites, and industrial spaces. This role may require occasional travel and after-hours work to resolve critical system issues or to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
