Identify prospective dealers/ sub-dealers in unrepresented/ weak markets to increase market spread. Achieve the dealer-wise /customer-wise sales volume targets. Achieve Product-wise sales volume targets by identifying major and minor projects. Follow-up and collect the payments as per collection norms. Achieve ‘credit days’ target. Assess the potential of the dealers for improving counter share. Match sale value versus collection value and maintain the sale within credit limits. Identify and develop unrepresented markets.Attend to dealership grievance, if any, and visit such dealers along with Area Head and submit report. Ensure branding activities are planned and co-ordinate with all concerned relating to branding and promotional activities. Identify dealer unaddressed grievances and redress them. Ensure uniform growth of all existing dealers in particular market and guide for under-performing dealers. Plan sales promotional programs and co-ordination with technical service team for brand image and customer acceptance. Review effectiveness of programs periodically. Co-ordinate with technical team for improving brand acceptance / approvals and brand equity. Plan sales promotion budget judiciously and monitor optimal utilization of budget. Plan order booking as per the allocation to different factories in coordination with C&F and respective CDS. Report any feedback/ complaints received with respect to product, packaging or other services. Collect and submit any statutory forms relating to sales. Ensure periodic verification of physical stock and take appropriate action on discrepancies. Timely submission of reports, verifying and compiling for upward reporting. Develop the market profile of the concerned territory. Establish reliable information source to obtain market information. Monitor and maintain prices are at nominated levels in wholesale and retail markets. Distribute the commercial documents (tax invoice, statement of accounts) and collecting their acknowledgement
