Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any feild

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with excellent experience in team

management.

• Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.

• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Kibana and Google Data Studio is an add on

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for decision-making.

Strategic Insight Development:

Reporting and Visualization:

Design and create reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Utilize data visualization tools such as Kibana and Google Data Studio to present findings in a compelling manner.

Competitor and Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of insight analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.

Act as a strategic partner, advising leadership on data-driven decisions.
