Job Overview:

PSK Building Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR professional to support various HR functions at our Hyderabad location. The Senior HR will be responsible for providing HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and more, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and values. This role will work closely with the HR Manager and the HR team to implement HR strategies that enhance the employee experience and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the hiring managers in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, ensuring the right fit for each role.
  • Maintain and update the talent pool and assist with onboarding new employees.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment by assisting in resolving employee conflicts and promoting effective communication.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Support the performance management process, including assisting with appraisals, tracking employee performance, and organizing feedback sessions.
  • Help implement performance improvement plans for employees needing additional support.
  • Provide administrative support during performance review cycles.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training and development activities, including tracking employee participation and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Assist in identifying skills gaps and help arrange for appropriate training resources to support employee growth.
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring new employees are properly introduced to PSK Building Solutions' culture and processes.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Help with the coordination of benefits enrollments and changes.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  1. HR Administration:
  • Provide administrative support in HR processes such as payroll, leave management, and employee attendance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and HR documentation as required.
  • Update and maintain HR systems and databases.
  1. Workplace Culture and Employee Engagement:
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Help gather employee feedback through surveys and support initiatives based on the results.
  • Support the implementation of workplace policies that align with the company's culture and values.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in human resources, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Experience working with HR software (HRIS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
