Helpdesk Executive

  1. Attend internal & external calls / e-mails of the clients. i.e. (Requests/Complaints/Queries) and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders for providing them with timely resolution.
  2. Prepare daily call log summary to analyze data.
  3. Prepare monthly MIS report & daily report i.e. a record of daily call logs, pending complaints, technical issues with the status and closure details, or any other report as required.
  4. Work on the helpdesk software to keep acknowledging the tickets raised and ensuring timely closure of those tickets.
  5. Maintain & file all the necessary required documents and records.
  6. Taking minutes of weekly and monthly meetings
