Overall responsibility of the production activity.

Daily and Monthly production plan v/s actual monitoring.

Allocate Daily production planning.

Follow up for the resources like Raw materials and consumables, manpower required for daily functioning,

Daily rejection monitoring & Control.

Ensure the safety of the machineries & equipment.

Preparation of Work instructions for newly added machines.

To ensure the availability & Control of tools.

Review of Project handover Documents.

Preparation of daily Employee performance monitoring report.

Preparation of OEE Monitoring

Achieve the objective measurement data as per set target.

Steering Member IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.

Ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System IATF 16949:2016, Integrated Management Systems ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 are established, implemented, and maintained in line with standard requirements concerned to Production department.

Ensuring 5S Activities are implemented and maintained in production line.
