Overview:
We seek a dynamic individual to assume the role of Director of Campus Operations and Academic Development at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women (PSGRKCW). This leadership position involves collaborating closely with the Secretary/Principal, overseeing all campus activities, and driving strategic initiatives for educational and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration and Administration:
· Work closely with the Secretary/Principal to administer campus activities.
· Provide accurate information for decision-making related to associate activities.
· Ensure consistent implementation of strategies and initiatives.
· Foster a close partnership, overseeing and coordinating all campus activities.
2. Educational Process and Policies:
· Develop and implement educational processes and policies aligned with curriculum goals.
· Provide faculty training on the latest instructional technology and techniques.
· Innovate and implement unique, interactive educational programs for students.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
3. Strategic Planning:
· Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for daily operations.
· Monitor objectives and strategic goals for both operations and finances, ensuring achievement.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
· Ensure strict adherence to all statutory and regulatory regulations governing educational institutions.
· Implement robust monitoring mechanisms for compliance with central and state regulations.
5. Program Development:
· Develop new academic programs and recommend modifications to existing ones.
· Efficiently manage faculty resources, administrative staff, and college assets.
6. Budgeting and Resource Planning:
· Devise comprehensive budgets, schedules, and resource plans for college and community-related activities.
· Provide effective supervision, offering business and managerial guidance for a cohesive, high-performing team.
7. Maintenance and Appearance:
· Take charge of ensuring the effective maintenance of an organized campus structure.
· Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring a neat and professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Ø A PhD Degree in Science or a related field.
Ø Minimum of 12 years of successful experience in campus leadership roles. Preference given to candidates with at least five years in a full-time campus director or president role.
Ø Proven experience in educational leadership and administration.
Ø Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the education sector.
Ø Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
Ø Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ø Familiarity with instructional technology and modern teaching methodologies.
