3. Faculty Development:

  - Collaborate with support services to address academic challenges.

5. Accreditation and Compliance:

  - Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

  - Coordinate preparation of accreditation reports.

6. Budget and Resource Management:

  - Develop and manage academic affairs budget effectively.

  - Seek external funding opportunities to enhance academic offerings.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

Qualification and Experience:

- Ph.D. qualification(s) in the relevant discipline.

- Minimum 15 years of teaching or research experience.

- Eminent scholar with a strong research track record.

- Experience in educational innovation and curriculum design.

- Demonstrated leadership and commitment to diversity.
