Position: Blood Bank Technicians  

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform blood typing and cross-matching.

- Collect blood donations from donors with care and precision.

- Conduct tests to ensure the safety and compatibility of blood products.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the needs of patients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of blood samples, testing results, and donor information in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Implement and adhere to quality assurance procedures to guarantee the highest standards in blood banking operations.

- Follow established protocols and procedures to uphold the integrity and safety of blood products.

Qualifications:

- Certified Blood Bank Technologist or equivalent qualification.

- Proficient in blood collection, testing, and processing procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Adherence to ethical and professional standards. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality.
