Job description
· Be a part of the PAN India Corporate Sales Team.
· Develop and execute the business strategies in order to attain the goals of the organization.
· Provide strategic advice to the company management for accurate view of the market and business forecasting.
· Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
· Communicate and maintain trust relationships with prospects.
· Oversee the process financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
· Showcase a strong presence in social media and professional networks.
· Analyze challenging situations and provide solutions to ensure company's sustainability and growth.
Eligibility Criteria
· Proven experience of minimum 5 years in the PAN India Sales Team.
· Need candidate who is having experience in best serve or best control service industry
· Preferably from the Pest Control Industry or similar Industry and specialty management.
· Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans.
· Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company business.
· Strong understanding of Pan Sales Services and measures of performance.
· Familiarity with best management practices.
· Excellent organizational sales and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Technically strong and updated with Google Workspace, CRM and Sales Processes.
